Chirstmas Eve snow

We had close to a foot of fresh heavy snow fall over the holidays.

The snow is still sticking to the trees as of 12/31, hoping it stays around a while.

Looking forward to snow shoeing

Feeding the wildlife year round.

Its that time of year again. We feed the deer once the snow covers the ground and always after hunting season. This year I took a few photos of the deer (2 spike bucks) before I headed out of the Holidays.






After my return from holidays I was able to capture a couple shots of the Pileated Woodpecker that lingers around the resort all year round. (click on image to view larger size)
