taste of Dorset
Every 1st Sunday of August the town of Dorset puts on a eating festival called "taste of Dorset" which draws thousands of visitors to the area. The main street is closed off, the live bands perform polka and other folk music, and all the restaurants have sample food for dirt cheap...The food is simply amazing, all the other shops open up with crafts and such.
This is a must see event if you can handle the crowds!

Sleeping Fawn in 4th of July Parade
Sleeping Fawn Resort has been a part of the 4th of July parade for 4 years now.
Joe once again dressed up as Uncle Sam on stilts, standing at 10 feet tall. A few seasonal RVer's- Tom, Jim and Katie drove around in the Polaris Ranger sporting the new Sleeping Fawn Logo, and distributed candy to the kids.
